I've lived here 10 years which probably makes me the oldest resident and I've seen every management change. The staff that has been here since January has made tremendous upgrades to the property. Of course I know them all and they are outstanding to include Dustin, Teresa and Carly. World class staff. I take pride in this property since I call it my home. Keep up the great work!!

I am SO happy here at the Plantation! The office staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, and it is very evident that they care about their residents! I have mainly worked with Carlie and Patricia. Both are outstanding!! Carlie always goes above and beyond at responding and helping me with my questions. Patricia is incredible with her customer service skills. Plus the grounds are always clean, and the Contemporary Concierge service that they offer- A LIFESAVER. I will definitely be renewing here!!

I moved in here last year and have loved it ever since. Any time I have a question the office gets back with me ASAP. The grounds are always up kept. I love the new gate and package system! Plus they offer a concierge service and they're amazing!! Special shout out to Carlie, Patricia, and Cynthia!! And shout out to how well the complex is handling the COVID situation? Very on top of things.

Best desicion ever made. Close to everything in the woodlands. Enchanting community complex, I love the way our amenities look like. every is always clean. the staff is always courteous and shows the sense of help. I'm very glad to be part of this community.

We have been living here since last year and it is such a wonderful community. Everyone seems so friendly, especially the staff. Carlie, Teresa, and Cynthia (I apologize if any name is misspelled) are always very attentive and quick to assist with any concerns we've ever had! Also, the maintenance is always quick to respond to work orders, constantly cleaning up outside, and very efficient (the job gets done 100% of the time in a timely manner)! The community is beautiful, the amenities are my absolute favorite! The gym is what attracted my husband and I; the clubhouse is also great, we love having family over! It's great for having our small get-togethers or just hanging out by ourselves. We look forward to continuing calling The Plantation at The Woodlands home!
